Lencito is a public, live auction leaderboard for the trading industry. Any person or business may submit a website URL, choose a category, and place a paid bid to occupy a position on the leaderboard. Position on the leaderboard is determined entirely by the highest amount paid — a high rank does not mean the listing is objectively better, safer, or endorsed. Users must read rankings as paid placement only.

Bids are priced in US dollars and paid in Tether USD on the TRON network (USDT-TRC20) via NowPayments. You are responsible for paying network fees on your side. Payments are considered confirmed when NowPayments reports the on-chain status as finished.

The site enforces whole-dollar bidding and a minimum 5% (rounded up to the next whole dollar) outbid step. New listings must bid at least the configured minimum currently in effect on the site.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because we settle bids on an irreversible public blockchain and re-rank the leaderboard atomically on confirmation, we do not process refunds for any reason including but not limited to:

• Being outbid after your payment confirms.
• Change of mind about the URL, the category, or the amount you bid.
• Loss of position due to another user outbidding you.
• Your listing being removed for a policy violation (see §5 and §6).
• Errors in the metadata we automatically extracted from your site.

By continuing past a bid confirmation, you confirm that you understand this and accept it as a condition of using Lencito.

• You own the website you're submitting, or you are authorized to promote it on behalf of the site's owner.
• The URL you submit does not host content prohibited under §5.
• The email address you provide is a valid inbox you check.
• You accept that anyone visiting Lencito will see your paid rank and the amount you paid for that rank.

The following categories of URLs are not allowed and will be removed without refund:

• Phishing, malware, or otherwise malicious pages.
• Impersonation of a brand you don't represent.
• Illegal services in any relevant jurisdiction.
• Fraudulent trading products or misleading claims.
• Non-trading spam or off-topic content.
• Adult content.

We reserve the right to review, flag, suspend, or remove any listing at our sole discretion — with or without notice — including but not limited to violations of §5, reasonable suspicion of fraud, or complaints from third parties. Removal does not trigger a refund (see §3).

The email address you provide during a bid is used only to notify you of relevant events (for example, when your listing has been outbid). We do not share it with third parties and do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

Lencito is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or of any commercial benefit resulting from your paid rank. The service does not create user accounts; your bid history is associated with the email address you supplied when bidding.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
